DiSC assessment
I just took the DiSC assessment today. Has anyone else taken it? I am considered an individualist. I learned some things about myself. A positive thing I learned is I tend to be introspective and self-reflective, which would help me improve. A negative I learned about me is a tendency toward melancholy and envy, which would interfere with being part of a team.
