Thanks to all the help and advice from David & Rose I received my first check. It was a learning experience and there were some challenges along the way, but perseverance paid off. Looking forward to keeping this money train going!!!!! CHOO CHOO

I started with 20 tax overages calls no answer no call back, so I switched to my other department to state funds and made 18 phone calls but this time two call back both were family members one was the son and the other was the ex-wife. Two different claimant accounts and both will relate message to original claimant. I will follow up with both. I just used the surplus list data and once I started it was no stopping in calling and move onto the next one and next one and next one.

16 red letters have gone out today. Whose else is mailing? These are Mortgage foreclosures.
