Have anyone ever JV a deal before is so what state?

Hello everyone. I just joined the National Surplus Fund Partnership, and I am just now going through the source material. I'm in the state of California, Southern California actually. Is there any advice on which state to start with? Is California a good state to do this program through, or should I just jump to another state like Nevada, Arizona, Washington, idaho, or other Western regional states? Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.

Hi Everyone! I’m new to the surplus fund’s field. After going down the YouTube rabbit hole of watching videos on surplus funds, I came across one of Shawn’s videos and I have been hooked ever since. I like his transparency and the way he teaches it (which is a sigh of relief in comparison to all of these other so-called gurus teaching it).
