The Panning for Hidden Surplus Funds Program works mortgage overages in states where you can't get a list because the attorney handles the foreclosure and disbursement. So you have to be able to accurately estimate the surplus funds. It accounts for over 50% of our business and is usually only available in bundles. 5 will be sold during the sale, stand alone, at $797. The Tax Surplus Strike force goes after tax overages and is applied in states where you can't get a list from the County or it takes the county a long time to post lists. 5 will be sold at $597, and it's usually only available in larger, more expensive bundles.
