Hello everyone. I am not very technical and a little slow in getting my entries submitted. I am using the Panning program. Every time I think I have a case, I go into the resources page, and the case has been submitted. Should I call 30 or so counties in two or three states and find the schedules all the auctions or find someone who can help me get the schedules of the 30 or so counties? It's been frustrating for me. thanks, Frank

Hey how on earth do I get online updated lists from counties? Thats where I’m stuck! I’ve typed in for example Harris county Texas surplus funds list Harris county Tx excess proceeds list ect. I’m getting nothing! I’m doing it in Illinois, Ohio, South Carolina, MN And almost all the time I’m getting Tax Sales information when I’m doing mortgage Foreclosures. I’m not seeing online lists. Can anyone help with this please I’m confused and frustrated. Does anyone have any tricks they use? Or am I just supposed to call the county court clerk all the time in the counties?
