Your part is to get a list and then research the debt against the property using register of deeds. Filling out our worksheet with that and turn it in. You also get access to our active files working list, so that you dont turn in or research a file we already have

Ok. So for the 3 file rule, you turn inone. Once that shows up as accepted on the list you turn in 2nd. Once that shows up on list you turn on 3rd. Then when 3rd shows up as accepted you can turn in multiple. So did you see 1st one accepted on list before submitting 2nd one?

I cant estimate that. Have no idea what you can accomplish in an hour. Im sorry. I've had people turn in one and get paid and then, unbelievably, never turn in another. I've had folks turn in 40+ and get nothing. People die without heirs, dont return calls, work with others, try to make claims on own, move out of country, etc. Its an independent contractor agreement. Work what can or want to.
