Surplus Funds Newbie
Hi Everyone! I’m new to the surplus fund’s field. After going down the YouTube rabbit hole of watching videos on surplus funds, I came across one of Shawn’s videos and I have been hooked ever since. I like his transparency and the way he teaches it (which is a sigh of relief in comparison to all of these other so-called gurus teaching it). I’m like a sponge absorbing all accurate knowledge I can get on how to do this the right way. I look forward to learning and interacting with everyone. Cheers to everyone’s success!

That’s super cool that you and your family are all in the surplus funds business together. You said you’re trying to get your family onboard with Shawn’s program. How does that work? Do you all share the program? Let me know if I’m being too nosy. I’m new to this and trying to understand how all of this works. My finances are real tight right now so I can’t afford the program right now. But while I’m saving up for it I’m studying my behind off learning as much as I can about this industry.

Advice: California/Panning Program
Hi Shawn, What’s your advice regarding working California for the panning program? Any hick-ups or things to be aware of when working California mortgage overages? Or is it best to skip California all together? I appreciate any guidance provided!

OMG!!! Is this for real!!! Wow, wow, wow is all I can say. That is amazing Shawn!!! I’m new to the field and still learning. I’m just blown away at the whole concept behind surplus funds and how all of this money is just out there rightfully belonging to home owners.
