Hello everyone. I just joined the National Surplus Fund Partnership, and I am just now going through the source material. I'm in the state of California, Southern California actually. Is there any advice on which state to start with? Is California a good state to do this program through, or should I just jump to another state like Nevada, Arizona, Washington, idaho, or other Western regional states? Any advice would be helpful.
