Superhuman Q2 Workout Program Updates
Hey Team!
Here is the new program for the next 3 months of Superhuman.
Starting Monday April 1st, I will be changing up the workout style for each of our 3 live classes. The new class breakdown is as follows:
*Monday*
Cardio Valor (30min): A fast paced, non-stop, total body cardio workout with moves that increase with intensity as the workout progresses.
*Wednesday*
Strength & Honor (30min): A functional strength training total body workout, increasing resistance & reps after each set with a focus on proper form & stability.
*Saturday*
Stamina Conquest (30min work / 15min stretch): A cardio / strength combination workout where each exercise is performed for approx.1 minute until we move to the next movement. Stretch at the end.
