210kg x1 top set @ 5-6
155kg 3x5 back off sets @ 4-5
Currently working on keeping my hips higher and making the deadlift less squatty, as my hips were shooting up for a long time, paused deadlifts are helping me a ton and they look way better already.
Everything felt light today, great session
