A little more on the May Ignite Cohort I mentioned yesterday.
This is really for anyone in here who:
- knows strength work matters, but has been inconsistent lately
- wants a simpler structure instead of trying to figure it out week to week
- is balancing triathlon training and doesn’t want strength to feel like “more chaos.”
- would benefit from a little accountability and momentum going into May
This is not about doing more for the sake of doing more.
