What did your training schedule look like this past week? How many, if any, strength sessions were included?
It's been a bad week for me as I have an MBA project due on Sunday, so I'm calling it a wash.. BUT, I did put together my training schedule for the season which officially starts tomorrow. My first 6-8 weeks will look like this: Mon: Ride & Swim, Tues: Strength & Track wko, Wed: Interval ride & mobility, Thu: Strength & Swim, Fri: Active Recovery, Sat: Ride & Run (maybe Brick), Sun: Strength & Run
This will change somewhat as the weather gets warmer here in the NE. Suffice it to say, I'm going to be tired these first couple of weeks...
