🌱 See How Far You've Come (Audacity Progress Log)
This is your personal progress thread. One comment below is yours. You keep it forever, and you add to it every time you move forward.
This is one of the most impactful posts in the community. Here's why:
🧠 Your brain turns success into normal. What was impossible six weeks ago becomes "just how things are," and then it tells you you're still stuck.
✍️ So you write it down here, where your brain can't reach it. When you feel like you're getting nowhere, you look back and see how far you came.
🌟 And you show the newer members what's possible, so they know they can do it too.
⭐ HOW IT WORKS
1️⃣ Post your Day One as a comment below.
Write what you're working through, how long you've had it, and what you want to be doing.
2️⃣ Every time you move forward, add the win to that same comment.
Edit your Day One comment and write your new achievement at the top, with the date. Write as much as you want.
3️⃣ Then reply to your own comment so everyone gets notified.
You don't have to think about it. Just reply with something like:
"New win! I signed up for the big gym today."
Here's what it looks like:
Day One, March 3, 2026. I've had health anxiety for six years. It got so bad I stopped going to the gym because my heart rate scared me, and I've cancelled on my friends so many times they stopped asking. I feel like I've been watching my life from the outside. I want to get back to the gym, say yes to my friends again, and feel like myself.
Then as you move forward, you add each win to the top of that same comment:
✅ April 14, 2026. After hearing Star saying that me going to the Gym is taking care of me tomorrow man/woman and helps me train emotional fitness I finally signed up for the big gym, the one I'd avoided for two years. My heart was pounding the whole way in, but I did my full session and felt proud after. I never thought I'd be that person again.
✅ March 20, 2026. I went to my friend's birthday. The anxiety came with me the whole night, but I stayed, I laughed, and it didn't stop me. First party in over a year.
Day One, March 3, 2026. I've had health anxiety for six years...
💬 And someone reading this tonight is exactly where you were on Day One. What would you tell them to do? What from Star's tools or practices or teachings helped you to move forward?
📸 Add a photo whenever you can. A photo of the action, not of how you feel. Standing in the gym you used to avoid, out at the event you'd have skipped. Those are the ones you'll want most in six months. (To add a picture just click the paper clip symbol on your phone in the lower right and click attach file. There you can either take a pict
🎯 WHAT COUNTS AS SUCCESS
Anything that makes you feel more successful counts.
New here? Your first win is already done: you joined this community. That shows you're investing in yourself and you want to improve your life. Write it as your first line.
Doing more valued actions and taking up more territory:
• Spending more time outside your head, catching yourself and getting back out
• Coaching yourself, talking out loud and shifting your focus, ruminating less
• Going to the gym, starting new activities
• Creating videos, starting a TikTok
• Hanging out with friends more, inviting people to your events or over to cook
Feeling better:
• More emotionally fit, more stable, calmer, less panic
• Trusting yourself more, feeling more confident, capable, and competent
Say all of it, it's good to hear. You don't have to chase any of it. Do the actions, and the rest follows. On a week you feel none of it, nothing's gone wrong. You water the garden anyway. 🌱
💪 And you don't have to be perfect. A hard week doesn't undo a month of territory. What matters is the territory you take over weeks, months, and years.
💛 IF YOU'RE NEW HERE
• Don't compare yourself to the wins in here. Get inspired by them. The brain works the same for everyone, so if they can, you can.
• Celebrate everyone who posts. It's proof this works when you commit to it.
• Commit to the practice
In a few months you'll read it from the bottom up and realize you wrote the story of your own change without ever sitting down to write it.
To stay up to date with everyone's wins, follow this post by hitting the bell at the top.
Follow your excitement

If you tried everything for anxiety, intrusive thoughts, OCD, panic & DPDR I created a system to get you to be excited about your life again.
