Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

Why are the Wins of the Day so important for your life?
🏆 wins of the day This practice can literally change your life, and it’s such a huge tradition in our community because of that. Here is why it matters so much. 1. 🧠 it creates self worth When we focus on our wins of the day and we write them down, we focus on our success. When we focus on our success, we see ourselves as more successful. Over time, this creates self worth. 2. 🎯 it makes you take up territory in your life Focusing on those valued actions and celebrating them makes you want to do more of those valued actions, which is taking up territory in your life. During the day you’re reminded, through your focus, about the valued actions, which means you’re going to do even more valued actions because it’s in your focus. And then you write them down at night, or during the day, in your wins of the day in the community. 3. 🗺️ it takes territory away from the anxiety The more we focus on our valued actions, the more territory we take away from OCD, intrusive thoughts, panic attacks, agoraphobia, DPDR, health anxiety, and everything else. 4. 🫂 it’s a community practice We are learning how to engage in a positive way in a community that’s not about venting or a victim mindset, but about sharing our valued actions and the things we’re interested in and passionate about. We see other people’s passions and excitements, and it helps us see what other possibilities are out there and what other people are doing. 5. 💡 it makes you lighter, and lighter means more ideas The more we focus on the good, the better we see our lives, the lighter we are, the less resistance we have, and the more ideas we have. The more possibilities we see. More ideas for business, more possibilities out there. And because we are lighter, we have more energy and more courage to go for those opportunities. 🎥 I came across this video that show us why the wins of the day are so powerful. 🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.
🔥 I want to see your Value Garden. Post it in the comments and I'll go through it with you, one by one, and tell you exactly what's working and what's quietly holding you back. Fair warning, I'll be honest with you, because that's how you actually grow. But first, in case it hasn't fully landed yet, let me tell you why this is the exercise I want you to do before anything else. ⚙️ Whatever brought you here, the OCD, the intrusive thoughts, the anxiety that has kept you inside your own four walls, the panic, the rumination that loops after everything, the overthinking, the procrastination, the fear of what everyone thinks of you, the perfectionism, it all runs on the same engine. Your brain gives you more of whatever you engage with. Every time you try to fix the feeling or get rid of the thought, you show your brain it matters, and it hands you more. ✅ So you do not get better by fighting your symptoms. You get better by showing your brain a new signal. And you do that by living your life, based on your Value Garden. 🧱 That is why this is not a side exercise or a nice bit of life planning. It is the foundation. Your Value Garden is the map of where your energy goes instead of into your head. It is the thing every other tool in here points back to. If your garden is vague or thin, your whole recovery is standing on sand. If it is clear and alive, you always know which direction to walk, no matter what your brain throws at you that day. ⚠️ Now, do not walk away thinking the Value Garden is all you need. It is not. There are many more tools and insights coming that you need to actually get better, and I will give them to you. But this is where it starts, and it becomes your map along the way. You will keep coming back to it, and everything else I teach you will make more sense once it is built. That is why I want to see it. So let's build yours until it is solid. 📸 How to post it: 1. Take a photo of your Value Garden (the paper with your seven areas and your actions) and post it as a comment below.

Introduce Yourself to the Community!
👋 Introduce Yourself This is how we go from a feed of strangers to a real community. Take two minutes, tell us about you, then read a few other intros and say hi. That's how you find your people here. Drop your answers in a comment below: 1. Your name and where you're from. 2. Three of your passions. The things that light you up when you're out of your head and living your life. 3. What brought you here, and what resonates with you about my message. 4. What you're working to get past, and what you want your life to look like. 5. What you want to get from this community, and what you'd love to give to it. 6. A fun fact about you. Something we'd never guess. I read every single one, and I can't wait to meet you. Follow your excitement. Star
