Your WINS of the day
This is one of the tools that have such an amazing effect on people's lives. To write down your wins of the day. To celebrate your valued actions, because it shows your brain what you care about, and that you celebrate that instead of trying to fix emotions and thoughts. Every day we're going to write down our three wins of the day. You can add pictures of the things. If you went to the gym, did a meditation, hung out with your friends, or worked on your business. Any win counts. Big or small. This is the first Wins of the Day post. Comment your three wins underneath.

Hi, this is Star. Read all of it. This is the beginning of your map to your success. First, be proud of yourself. You just joined, and that alone is a real win, because it means you care about your life and you are investing in it to make it better. Most people stay stuck in their own heads for years, waiting to feel ready. You did not wait. You showed up. Take the win. You are here to enjoy your life again and accomplish your goals, without anxiety, procrastination, intrusive thoughts, and all the rest of it. This post is where you start. And if you stay past your first week, you even get my app, Audacity, to help you do it. So read the whole thing, all of it. I know it is long. I am not here to babysit anyone, so I will be honest with you. If you will not even read one post, this is not the right place for you, and that is okay. Because the tools I give you actually work. They just only work for the people who use them. Think about your tomorrow man. If you train today, your tomorrow man wakes up to a lighter, easier life, because you got stronger for him. If you avoid this, and avoid the practice, your life only gets harder and heavier, day after day. So if you are ready to stop feeding the pain and start walking toward the life you actually want, keep reading. This is where it starts. 🌟 Who this is for You are in the right place if you deal with any of these: anxiety, panic attacks, agoraphobia, OCD, intrusive thoughts, rumination, overthinking, depersonalization or derealization, health anxiety, fear of judgment, perfectionism, procrastination, relationship anxiety, depression, or your own limiting beliefs. If your mind keeps you stuck in any way, you belong here. You also belong here if you feel lost or confused about where your life is going, or what your passion and purpose even are. And you belong here just as much if you simply love growing into the fullest version of yourself. But here is what this is really about, and it is bigger than any label on that list. This is about getting out of your head, getting your life back, and then building the life you actually want. Doing the things you have been putting off. Chasing your dreams and your passions. Building what you want to build. Growing real confidence and self worth. Moving forward, feeling free. And it is not just for you. When you get out of your head and build real emotional fitness, when you become stable and strong and start building a rich life, you finally get to show up for the people who need you, your family, your friends, the people you love.

🌱 See How Far You've Come (Audacity Progress Log)
This is your personal progress thread. One comment below is yours. You keep it forever, and you add to it every time you move forward. This is one of the most impactful posts in the community. Here's why: 🧠 Your brain turns success into normal. What was impossible six weeks ago becomes "just how things are," and then it tells you you're still stuck. ✍️ So you write it down here, where your brain can't reach it. When you feel like you're getting nowhere, you look back and see how far you came. 🌟 And you show the newer members what's possible, so they know they can do it too. ⭐ HOW IT WORKS 1️⃣ Post your Day One as a comment below. Write what you're working through, how long you've had it, and what you want to be doing. 2️⃣ Every time you move forward, add the win to that same comment. Edit your Day One comment and write your new achievement at the top, with the date. Write as much as you want. 3️⃣ Then reply to your own comment so everyone gets notified. You don't have to think about it. Just reply with something like: "New win! I signed up for the big gym today." Here's what it looks like: Day One, March 3, 2026. I've had health anxiety for six years. It got so bad I stopped going to the gym because my heart rate scared me, and I've cancelled on my friends so many times they stopped asking. I feel like I've been watching my life from the outside. I want to get back to the gym, say yes to my friends again, and feel like myself. Then as you move forward, you add each win to the top of that same comment: ✅ April 14, 2026. After hearing Star saying that me going to the Gym is taking care of me tomorrow man/woman and helps me train emotional fitness I finally signed up for the big gym, the one I'd avoided for two years. My heart was pounding the whole way in, but I did my full session and felt proud after. I never thought I'd be that person again. ✅ March 20, 2026. I went to my friend's birthday. The anxiety came with me the whole night, but I stayed, I laughed, and it didn't stop me. First party in over a year.

🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.
🔥 I want to see your Value Garden. Post it in the comments and I'll go through it with you, one by one, and tell you exactly what's working and what's quietly holding you back. Fair warning, I'll be honest with you, because that's how you actually grow. But first, in case it hasn't fully landed yet, let me tell you why this is the exercise I want you to do before anything else. ⚙️ Whatever brought you here, the OCD, the intrusive thoughts, the anxiety that has kept you inside your own four walls, the panic, the rumination that loops after everything, the overthinking, the procrastination, the fear of what everyone thinks of you, the perfectionism, it all runs on the same engine. Your brain gives you more of whatever you engage with. Every time you try to fix the feeling or get rid of the thought, you show your brain it matters, and it hands you more. ✅ So you do not get better by fighting your symptoms. You get better by showing your brain a new signal. And you do that by living your life, based on your Value Garden. 🧱 That is why this is not a side exercise or a nice bit of life planning. It is the foundation. Your Value Garden is the map of where your energy goes instead of into your head. It is the thing every other tool in here points back to. If your garden is vague or thin, your whole recovery is standing on sand. If it is clear and alive, you always know which direction to walk, no matter what your brain throws at you that day. ⚠️ Now, do not walk away thinking the Value Garden is all you need. It is not. There are many more tools and insights coming that you need to actually get better, and I will give them to you. But this is where it starts, and it becomes your map along the way. You will keep coming back to it, and everything else I teach you will make more sense once it is built. That is why I want to see it. So let's build yours until it is solid. 📸 How to post it: 1. Take a photo of your Value Garden (the paper with your seven areas and your actions) and post it as a comment below.
🌱 Post your Value Garden. I'll roast it.
DPDR and Intrusive thoughts. Hosnia kept going for her tomorrow woman
I'm incredibly proud of our amazing member @Hosnia Qazi . She did exposure therapy, which didn't work for her, and tried so many things but never gave up. She joined our community a month ago and, even though she was suffering, brought a committed energy to the calls. Hosnia found the power of spending time outside of her head. Being present. How that gives the brain a different signal. She started practicing but... The brain didn't like it. Hosnia was not doing the safety compulsions inside of her head anymore. So the brain needed to get her attention: "Hosnia, I need you to listen," as the brain gave her more excessive thoughts. Things got worse. But Hosnia stayed resilient. Even though things got worse, she kept going. For her tomorrow woman. For her children. For her loved ones. For herself. The brain started to get the signal. 1 hour was different. Lighter. Less noise. 2 hours 3 hours! A day!! 2 days!!! Hosnia almost couldn't believe it. It's been a month. But now there's hope. And hope is so important to have. Hope to keep moving. There will still be ups and downs. But now she has developed a skill that is with her all her life. That improves her life. Hosnia, I'm proud of you! We are all proud of you! You did this! And here is something I want you all to notice. Hosnia showed up to the group coaching calls every single week. She's been adding her Wins of the Day consistently. And she applied the tools week by week. That is where a lot of this happened. Please don't read this as a comparison. Don't compare yourself with other people's results here. You don't know how long they have been practicing or what their week looks like. The only comparison that matters is you today against you before you started. Trust the process. Be coachable. Show up to the group coaching calls. And I want to say I'm so proud of so many of you. The valued actions you are doing. The territory you take up. The courage you have to move forward while accepting any emotions and thoughts.
