Frusturated with the monkey mind?
Unfortunatley, we weren't given a human users manual. We are rarely taught how to have a healthy relationship to thoughts... ... so they often drive us crazy because it feels like they are out of our control. At least, that's how it always felt with me. This year i've decided to build a new community to help those who struggle with the monkey mind find peace. If this resonates with you, we’d love to have you here 🙏 https://www.skool.com/monkey-mind-masters/about?ref=c8a8106c6f7148d99c2dc4330777ec2a

Why healing trauma is not cringe
Quick lil vid on this. A lot of people have the misconception that all these mental health things, healing trauma, doing meditation, breath work, gratitude and all those things are super cringe. And on internet culture it is kinda romanticised in a way from what I can remember to not have good mental health. I remember when I used to be the average consumer I used to scroll on TikTok, and all that for hours on end when I was younger. And on the FYP, I would see these videos romanticising being depressed, unhappy and all those things. So I believe that is why the culture these days is seemingly against mental health practises like healing trauma, meditation, gratitude and using things like that to fix your mental health, they think it is cringe cause of what they see on social media. So I guess practically what you can do to fix this, is this: 1. Social media detox, it is easier said than done but of you just basically detox from consuming all social media apart from maybe some long form videos, and of you just look at instagram profiles of your friends every now and then to get inspiration or whatever, or for messaging. 2. Remove negativity in your life, do not listen to negative music, movies, media and see hate online or whatever, try avoid negative people and this will help your mind drastically. Hope this helped.

💥 Your Success Reflects Your Relationship With Uncertainty
Felt like sharing this here as I think it's really significant... ....Here’s a truth most people never get close enough to see — and once you do, a lot of struggle suddenly makes sense. Growth feels effortless for some… exhausting for others… and completely blocked for many — even though they’re “doing all the right things.” Here’s why (I figured it out):👇 Our results are not primarily shaped by confidence, mindset, or even effort (yes, they help — but they don’t solve this). 💥 They’re shaped by how our internal system unconsciously relates to uncertainty. Most people don’t fail because they’re incapable... not at all.... They stall because uncertainty destabilizes identity at a deep level — like a tectonic shift under the surface. 🌋 From the lens of Structural Psychology, a few axioms make this painfully clear: 🧠 Axiom 1 💥 The nervous system seeks certainty before expansion. That’s survival intelligence — not creative intelligence. At deeper levels, the fear isn’t failure. It’s not even success. It’s not knowing who you’ll be if the old identity dissolves… and the system panics. That’s why momentum often collapses right before breakthroughs. The goal is visible. The door is open. And suddenly… distraction, doubt, delay, self-sabotage. Success introduces ambiguity — and the system reaches for familiarity to feel safe again. 🔐 Axiom 2 💥 The unconscious will trade possibility for familiarity unless restructured. From a structural lens, hesitation isn’t indecision. It’s an old internal rule being protected. And here’s the pivot most teachings miss 👇 Uncertainty is not a problem to solve. 🌀 It’s the medium through which creation happens. At quantum levels, reality doesn’t respond to force. It responds to coherence. And coherence only reveals itself when outcomes aren’t guaranteed. 🌌 Axiom 3 💥 The field reorganizes around the level of uncertainty you can remain present inside. If you need certainty before moving → life mirrors delay. If you need reassurance before trusting → life mirrors conditions.
