Trauma will make you stressed 24/7
My video on this. Do you know what causes us to be stressed more than all else, and no it is not your job, business or the grind, at least for the most part. It is surprisingly something you may not expect and that is unhealed trauma. The reason why is cause trauma causes our nervous system to be dysregulated leading you to be in survival mode constantly. And also of you are someone who is stressed constantly and have tried to do stuff like meditation and etc, but feel it does not do anything this is because the trauma has not been healed and those things are just surface level solutions and not the real deep one. So start healing your trauma ASAP, start today, first of all bring up the past unprocessed emotion then act on what your brain tells you even of it says cry or whatever, do it but maybe make sure you are alone for this, and sometimes people do not know what to do in that case do a generic method like shaking, breathwork, cold exposure or whatever and that will work. Simply do that for a couple of minutes then that trauma is healed, also keep repeating this for your other incidents of trauma and voila, stress and most of your other mental problems will be gone forever.

Trauma will make you stressed 24/7
I felt like i was truly authentic and awaken but i fell back in to the illusion a couple days after
Ive been working on being as authentic as possible and not take actions thru insecurity, or fear or anger or thru trauma ive issued with before. 2 days ago i felt like i clocked it, that i understood it i almost felt like crying, i had no social anxiety going to the near by shop talking to people on the way, showing love to my loved ones, didnt get angry when i lost playing video games, i had no fear of the cops pulling me over etc, it was like heaven on earth truly. Fast forward couple days later i find myself falling back in to the illusion, i hear a doubt i my mind ”what if you did not come over your traumas”, ”do you even remeber what you learnt” etc, my question is how can over come this? And is it even possible? Is this the game that god has laid out for us? Im sure its sounds familiar to someone here, i would love to hear how have you dealt with it. What dysregulates the nervous system?
My video on this! Here are the the top 5 things that dysregulate your nervous system: 1. Stress, chronic stress is horrible for your nervous system, when you are constantly stressed you are basically constantly in fight or flight mode, which is really damaging to your nervous system. 2. Unhealed trauma, this was the biggest reason for me personally, and is for basically everyone else as well, when you have unhealed trauma’s you have emotions stuck in you and that really messes up your nervous system. 3. Poor health, of you are not sleeping enough or do not have good sleep habits, eat bad food, do not get sunlight and etc, this will mess up not only your nervous system but everything else. 4. Overstimulation, of you are constantly frying your dopamine receptors with hyper stimulating stuff like video games, porn, junk food, brain rot content and etc, you will be overloaded with information, and overwhelm and this will undeniably unleash havoc on your nervous system. 5. Bottling up your emotions, of you try to constantly always be β€œstoic,” and when stuff like a family member or friend passing away, you just try to bottle it up, this will lead to trauma forming and as a result dysregulate your nervous system. And we know a dysregulated nervous system is really bad as it gives your body like a permanent sickness effect until healed, and to fix it simply fix these issues, and I will say the biggest reason your nervous system is dysregulated is due to past trauma, that is the case 99% of the time.

Hi, currently in my life I’ve been focusing on my looks and health it’s kinda weird because I been seeing progresss but when I stop doing that for 1/2 days I start noticing regression and that frustrates me…so idk if I should just let go or keep going πŸ‘οΈ

0 passion, there is nothing that I truly want...
I have 0 passion for anything. I am not depressed. But whenever I think or have to think what I should do with my life (career wise but also on a personal level). There is nothing that I (even super hypothetically) truly want or truly desire... Does anyone have any advice on how to deal with this?
