Therapy is not the only solution to heal trauma
My video on this. You may think that therapy is the only solution to heal your trauma but it isn’t. You can heal trauma with: 1. Education 2. Coaching & etc And more often than not lets be real most people with unhealed trauma that has made their nervous system super dysregulated, you really think they will feel comfortable going 1-1 to a therapist? That is a lot of friction compared to just the convenience of being at home and doing online calls, or watching online education, right? So do not think black and white, you can heal even of you do not go to therapy, I have never done therapy personally but I am not against it and I think it is another great option to heal trauma but I will say that of course it is not the only way to heal as some think is. And like everything in life there is nuance, for some in person sessions at therapy works better and for others online coaching calls, or courses and etc, works better. Just do what works for you. None the less just start healing your trauma’s ASAP and get those emotions out of you that are causing you to have sickness symptoms.
