About two years ago I found Wim Hoff breathing practice on YouTube. Just wanted to share with you guys in case u haven’t tried it yet. It’s free, it works, it’s easy but effective. You may like it if you are dealing with anxiety and negativity. You may also like it if you are trying to quit we.e.d or alcohol, cause it gives you this feeling of changed state of being while not doing any harm to you. Thinking Hurts....
Have you ever tried to warn someone? To tell them a hard truth before it was too late? To help them see a pattern that was destroying them? And instead of gratitude, you got silence or anger or ghosted completely. You weren't being negative. You were being real. But real is dangerous. Real doesn't sell. Real doesn't entertain. Real makes people think. And thinking hurts. Jung said that most people don't think. They just rearrange their prejudices. What do you think?

There is a reason why people choose not to see the truth, most of the time it is a protection mechanism of the psyche. We also have a free will. And if a person comes to me and asks me a question, I will say what I really think and they will listen, because they approach with the intention to receive the answer. And most of the time, people already know all their answers and either search for a confirmation or just choose not to notice the truth, because it is convenient.

Would you come up to a smoker to tell them that smoking kills? Or not good for their body? This would be obviously the truth. And most likely it wouldn't be a secret for them.

Spiritual sc.a.m fear
So, I really need ur opinion on this. The more I listen to different spiritual teachers, the more I develop this fear that all of this is just a big scam, and it’s hard for me to continue my spiritual journey, even though I really want to. Cause most of spiritual teachers wants you to pay money for the knowledge they offer, and on one hand, we live in material world, they exchange valuable information, so it’s absolutely logical that these knowledge is worth paying for. But on the other hand, how to get rid of the thought that it’s just a big scam? And how do you guys understand if something is trustworthy?

There are a lot of scammers in spiritual field. I am listening to my intuition in this case and the first response is always a true one. With Rey it was immediate match, like soul recognition, I trust this feeling.
