Historically we celebrate new and full moon phases in Lakota Inípi ceremony, but we have been traveling so will not be participating tonight ✨

Still plenty of ways to celebrate - prayers, song, dance, element rituals, journaling intentions - the list goes on🙏

Always appreciate a natural cycle to remind me to pause and be present 💝
