Day 19 - Visibility Challenge
Today’s task is all about showcasing your expertise and giving your audience a taste of the value you bring. 😊 Here’s what to do: 1️⃣ Create a mini demo or tutorial to teach something useful to your audience. 2️⃣ You can choose the format: - Write a detailed post - Record a video - Go live if you’re feeling confident! Think of a small problem your audience faces and solve it for them with this tutorial. The goal is to show your knowledge and give away enough value that your audience thinks, “Wow, if they’re sharing this for free, imagine what working with them would be like!” 🌱 This is about building trust and positioning yourself as an expert who genuinely helps. Whether it’s a quick tip, a how-to guide, or a short demonstration, make it meaningful and engaging. Once you’ve posted your demo or tutorial, come back and let us know how it went! Did your audience engage? What responses did you get? Can’t wait to see the value you’re putting out there. 🌟 See you tomorrow for Day 20! 😊 👉Catch up with previous days HERE

Day 18 - Visibility Challenge
Welcome to Day 18! Today’s task is about showcasing the positive impact you’ve had – whether it’s with a client, a friend, or even someone you’ve helped during this challenge. 😊 Here’s what to do: 1️⃣ Share a testimonial or client success story with your audience. 2️⃣ If needed, keep the person anonymous for privacy. Don’t have a traditional testimonial? No problem! - If someone has commented positively about your help during this challenge, that counts! Share it as a success story. - If you’re truly at a loss, share a personal success story or a moment when you helped a friend or peer and received positive feedback. This task is about getting comfortable with sharing social proof – showing your audience the value you bring and the positive impact you make. 🌱 Even if it feels small, it matters. Sharing these stories helps build trust and reminds people that your work makes a difference. Once you’ve shared, come back and let us know how it felt to put it out there. Can’t wait to see your stories! 🌟 See you tomorrow for Day 19! 😊 👉Catch up with previous days HERE
Day 18 - Visibility Challenge
My Testimonial
For some reason, I am running really behind today. I looked at the time and somehow it is 1pm when I am working on this challenge. For testimonials, it is really funny that this point in the challenge perfectly tied in with when I was asking for testimonials in my other group. The request only went out this morning and I am hoping for more as the day goes on but I thought I would share one that I got. Personally, there is something affirming when you get positive testimonials, like everything you are doing is worth it. Remember to ask regularly for them. They are very valuable and people are often keen to give them out as they want to give something back.

Going Live
I have been doing a lot less live content recently and it is something I might bring back. Today I decided to go live on TikTok because I quite like the experience. I did find it a bit scary and was wildly under prepared but I chatted about me, what I do and promoted the advent calendar in my other group. I managed to pick up a follower which is good and something I might start to do more often
🌿 Business Diaries: A Busy Week, Big Growth & What’s Coming Next
For Day Eight of the challenge, I thought I’d share a proper behind-the-scenes update. I haven’t done one for a little while, so here’s how things went with the summit and where I’m at business-wise right now. Most of you know I was running a summit last week while doing this challenge. Looking back, it was probably a bit too much. The summit had three live events, I was pushing content every day, and I’m also doing a live training course on using AI within coaching, which is taking a lot more energy than I expected. So yes… it was an intense week. But I absolutely loved running the summit. Here are some of the big wins: - When I started promoting the summit, my group was just over 400 members. - By the end of the week, we passed 1,100 members. - Around 700 people signed up for the summit, which is amazing. - I ran paid ads, and the income from the All Access Pass not only covered my ad spend, it doubled it. So that felt like a huge positive. I didn’t make as much as I hoped overall, and I didn’t convert people into the new Skool tiers. I focused so much on the All Access Pass that I didn’t want to confuse everyone by talking about too many things at once. If you would like my full debrief on running a summit for growing a Skool group then you can grab that HERE My plan now is to keep going. I’ve got another summit planned for January, applications are slow right now, but I’m trusting it will pick up. In December, I’m running a 21-Day Breathwork Challenge in my other group. I was going to make it paid, but I’ve decided to run it free for 21 days and then have the replays as the paid offer afterwards. And I’ve also got an Advent Calendar coming, daily giveaways, bonuses and discounts all through December. There is a lot happening in that group, and it’s keeping me very busy. And of course, I’ve got plans for this group too. We’re in the middle of the challenge here, and I mentioned the other day that I’d joined the Goosify group, it’s full of helpful ideas for improving engagement and onboarding. I’m excited to play around with some of those ideas here and see what works.
