So I am going to create regular mixer posts so you can share about you. Not just your business but something about the person behind the brand. Today I would love for you to share a little known fact about yourself, something that might surprise people. I will go first - I am not sure many people know this now but I studied maths at university and have a masters degree. I was going to tell my caterpillar story but I am sure you have all heard it before 🤣

Journaling has been a lifeline for me. Sometimes the insights that come are really helpful. Recently I was getting overwhelmed and wrote I feel like a turtle in a rabbit world. Some of us are turtles, we don't fit in the hustling pace of the rest of the world. It's like it's a whole different way of living that is completely foreign to me. I've never fit that mold and I guess I never will. I need to just embrace my turtleness and stop judging my life by rabbit standards. Being a turtle means I am equipped and able to carry everything I need for healing and growth with me. Being a turtle means I am complete within. Which brings me to the phrase I woke up to from my higher self. “I have everything I need within me to succeed.”

What’s one part of running your business that feels easier now than it did a year ago?

Post a photo that captures your weekend mood. Could be a drink, a view, a book, or your sofa. (mine is 2 things at once)

Hi, Im Kimberley based in Mumbai, India. And Im thriled to be here! A major realisation that dawned in early December this year ( whilst I was reflecting on the year gone by) was that it really can be next to impossible to go back home... As a sentimental crabette, we are forever yearning to recreate memories and experiences, but recently it dawned that whether its family, friends even much loved restaurants and bars .. things just dont feel the same... And this I realise is because I am not who I used to be.. I have gone from being an extrovert to beating a swift retreat into that famous Cancerian shell... the things I value, the energy I seek/ vibe with , all of it has shifted immensely... so now Im standing at the edge of new beginnings (excited!) Curious about your thoughts on this & of course your own realisations from the year gone by... 😍
