This week, I’m challenging you to make breathwork a non-negotiable part of your morning routine. The full video is 5 minutes, but I’m only asking for 3. That’s it. Three minutes to remind yourself that you can control your body through your breath.
I’ll be doing this every single day while I’m on the treadmill yes, it makes it harder, but that’s the point. The more we practice controlling our breath under pressure, the more powerful we become in every moment that matters.
