Full transparency: I’ve never experienced a panic attack myself, so I can’t personally speak to how effective this breathing practice will be in that moment. This is probably my favorite from last year. Short, sweet and easy to implement as a new habit as I try and get myself and my systems together for the year. 🌬️ Be Intentional This Week Take 60 seconds to breathe before you act—before work, a meeting, a hard conversation, or speaking. You’ll be surprised how much clarity a minute brings. This week, post your moment: ➡️ “I’ll do breath work before ______.” I’m choosing to do it before I record my daily videos. Let’s make breath work a habit that grounds us before the moment begins.
