Felt Inspired so I made this for you
Felt inspired to make this earlier this week. I just felt that I was in a unique position to deliver a lot of value for graduation speakers using the 4S framework, and I think this is something that will age well and bless a lot of people. Right now this webinar is in the Art of Speaking Course(with the NEXT STEPS you need to apply it), but I wanted to drop it here so you would get it as well. Drop a 😮‍💨 Everytime You Use It
Start your morning with intention. 3 minutes. One breath at a time. This week, I’m challenging you to make breathwork a non-negotiable part of your morning routine. The full video is 5 minutes, but I’m only asking for 3. That’s it. Three minutes to remind yourself that you can control your body through your breath. I’ll be doing this every single day while I’m on the treadmill yes, it makes it harder, but that’s the point. The more we practice controlling our breath under pressure, the more powerful we become in every moment that matters. Here’s what I need from you: Drop the 😮‍💨 emoji in the comments every time you complete at least 3 minutes. Every. Single. Day. This week. Or multiple times a day. The more repetitions, the better.
