Mistake vs Choice
People often say, โ€œI made a mistake.โ€ But not everything is a mistake. Some things are choices. A mistake happens when we donโ€™t know. A choice happens when we decide. The beautiful part isnโ€™t pretending the choice was a mistake. The beautiful part is having the courage to say: โ€œI chose that, and today I choose differently.โ€ There is no shame in admitting a poor choice. There is freedom in it. Growth doesnโ€™t begin when we change the language. Growth begins when we change the person making the choices. Truth isnโ€™t meant to condemn usโ€”it is meant to transform us. When we own our choices, we reclaim our power, because if I chose it then, I can choose differently now. Thatโ€™s what repentance truly looks like to meโ€”not drowning in guilt, but changing direction with full awareness. Healing begins where excuses end and honesty begins.

Don't Half Ass The Most Important Work Of Your Life ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Hello family ๐Ÿ’› Hope you are doing amazing. Hope you have had a beautiful and restful weekend and a good start to the week so far. I have a quick topic I wanted to bring to your attention because I feel it is very important and crucial when it comes to the work we are doing here together. This is for those of you who are serious about the spiritual and personal development pursuit. Which I am sure is all of you reading this because you have decided to join this community. And just so you know. We like to go deep here. The aim is real transformation. So we have to get down to the nitty gritty sometimes. So take this in and let me know if it resonates. In the spiritual and non-dual space there is a concept referred to as becoming a Zen devil. It refers to someone who has a spiritual insight or awakening experience and then uses that as a reason to stop doing the work. They think they have arrived. They dismiss personal development. They drop their values and principles. And then slowly let themselves go without realising it. The ego then creeps back in and the chaos that follows is often worse than before they started. They half assed it. And it cost them. But here is the thing. There is also the opposite trap on the other end of the spectrum. That is known as spiritual bypassing. This is the person who only reads the books. Only consumes the content. Only talks about the theory. But uses spirituality to avoid dealing with real life. They float in the concepts without ever grounding them. They skip over the shadow work, the hard emotions, the difficult conversations and the real inner reckoning that this journey requires. Both extremes lead to the same place. Stagnation. Confusion. Going in circles. And if you have chosen to be on this journey. If you have decided that you want real change and real growth. Then you have to take it seriously. Walking that middle path of constant work and improvement is your only real choice. That means being willing to do the things most people are not willing to do.

You can choose you
Somewhere along the way, many of us started believing we had to choose. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ Be strong or be soft. ๐Ÿง˜ Be ambitious or be peaceful. ๐ŸŽจ Be practical or be creative. ๐Ÿ’ตBe successful or be spiritual. ๐Ÿฅฑ Be the responsible oneโ€ฆ or the adventurous one. As if becoming ourselves meant leaving pieces of ourselves behind. But what if thatโ€™s never what we were meant to do? What if the journey isnโ€™t about becoming someone new at all? What if itโ€™s about remembering who you were before you learned to edit yourself to make other people comfortable. Nature doesnโ€™t apologize for being many things at once. ๐ŸŒŠThe ocean can be calm one day and wildly powerful the next. ๐ŸŒฒ Trees are both deeply rooted and constantly growing. โ˜€๏ธ The sun doesnโ€™t ask permission to shine, and ๐ŸŒ˜ the moon never apologizes for changing. Maybe weโ€™re meant to be that way too. You can love lifting weights and love meditation. You can build a business and spend an afternoon getting lost in a book. You can be logical and deeply intuitive. You can be disciplined and playful. You can chase big dreams and still crave a quiet life. You donโ€™t have to choose one version of yourself just because someone else feels more comfortable putting people into neat little boxes. ๐Ÿ“ฆ The people who are most at peace arenโ€™t usually the ones who have perfected one identity. Theyโ€™re the ones who have stopped abandoning parts of themselves. The more you remember who you are, the less energy you spend trying to convince anyone else. And maybe thatโ€™s what freedom really feels like.

You can choose you
I donโ€™t think most of us lose ourselves all at once.
I donโ€™t think most of us lose ourselves all at once. It happens quietly. We become who work needs us to be. Who our family needs us to be. Who our responsibilities require us to be. One day we wake up and realize weโ€™ve gotten really good at survivingโ€ฆ โ€ฆbut we canโ€™t remember the last time we truly felt like ourselves. The beautiful thing is that your authentic self never disappears. It waits. Beneath the stress. Beneath the expectations. Beneath the roles youโ€™ve been carrying. Healing isnโ€™t about fixing yourself. Itโ€™s about remembering. Remembering what brings you peace. What lights you up. What makes you feel fully alive. Itโ€™s been there since you were a child. Now it lays in waitโ€ฆ The goal isnโ€™t to become someone else. Itโ€™s to come home to the person youโ€™ve always been. ๐Ÿ”ฅ So hereโ€™s todayโ€™s question: Whatโ€™s one thing that makes you feel most like you?
I donโ€™t think most of us lose ourselves all at once.
There Is A Blessing In The Breaking ๐Ÿ”ฅ
Hello family ๐Ÿ’› Hope you are having a great week so far. Just wanted to drop a quick message for those of you who are going through something difficult right now or have been through it in the past. This should give you some perspective wherever you currently are or whenever you face your next challenge. Here it is. Not sure if you have ever noticed how when the worst things in life happen to you something unexpected follows. You become free. When you have truly overcome whatever the worst was for you your entire mindset shifts. You stop caring what people think about you. What people have to say. How people move. Whether they stay or leave. It just stops having the same power over you that it once did. There is a different level of freedom that comes with the loss of fear. You become grounded in a way that is hard to explain until you have lived it. Unmovable. Unshakable. Rooted in something deeper than what used to knock you off course. And here is what I want you to hold onto. There is a blessing in the breaking. Whatever you have walked through or are walking through right now. The hardest seasons of your life are not wasted. They are shaping something in you that nothing else could. Any fear that comes after surviving your worst is smaller by comparison. Not because life gets easier. But because you get stronger. More grounded. More sure of yourself and what you are made of. So if you are currently in the thick of it or whenever you face your next hard season always remember this. That situation. That pain. That moment that feels like it is breaking you. Is actually building you into someone that cannot be shaken. ๐Ÿ”ฅ And if things ever feel too heavy to carry alone please know support is always available. You can reach the Samaritans any time on 116 123. Free and confidential. Are you currently walking through one of those hard seasons right now. Or do you remember a time in the past when you were broken open and something unexpected was revealed on the other side.
