There Is A Blessing In The Breaking πŸ”₯
Hello family πŸ’› Hope you are having a great week so far. Just wanted to drop a quick message for those of you who are going through something difficult right now or have been through it in the past. This should give you some perspective wherever you currently are or whenever you face your next challenge. Here it is. Not sure if you have ever noticed how when the worst things in life happen to you something unexpected follows. You become free. When you have truly overcome whatever the worst was for you your entire mindset shifts. You stop caring what people think about you. What people have to say. How people move. Whether they stay or leave. It just stops having the same power over you that it once did. There is a different level of freedom that comes with the loss of fear. You become grounded in a way that is hard to explain until you have lived it. Unmovable. Unshakable. Rooted in something deeper than what used to knock you off course. And here is what I want you to hold onto. There is a blessing in the breaking. Whatever you have walked through or are walking through right now. The hardest seasons of your life are not wasted. They are shaping something in you that nothing else could. Any fear that comes after surviving your worst is smaller by comparison. Not because life gets easier. But because you get stronger. More grounded. More sure of yourself and what you are made of. So if you are currently in the thick of it or whenever you face your next hard season always remember this. That situation. That pain. That moment that feels like it is breaking you. Is actually building you into someone that cannot be shaken. πŸ”₯ And if things ever feel too heavy to carry alone please know support is always available. You can reach the Samaritans any time on 116 123. Free and confidential. Are you currently walking through one of those hard seasons right now. Or do you remember a time in the past when you were broken open and something unexpected was revealed on the other side.

The Bigger The Resistance The More Aligned You Are πŸ”₯
Hello family πŸ’› Happy Monday. I wanted to quickly drop a message that came to mind and has recently been revealed and confirmed to me. Have a read and let me know if you can relate or if the message resonates. I know there is a lot in the air right now. Whether personally or more generally. We are all going through a transformation and especially for those in this community this one should hit. Here it is. The bigger the resistance the more aligned you are. And I am sure if you stop and look back and reflect on your own life you will find this to be true. Think about the decisions that turned out to be the most important and most aligned for you. The ones that led to real growth and real change. Were they easy. Probably not. The most aligned decisions we can make for ourselves are almost always the ones that require us to move through the greatest amount of resistance first. When you step into a new timeline the old identity that was associated with your old life is going to try to pull you back. Your nervous system is going to pull you back towards what is familiar. Because familiarity equals safety. And the body does not know the difference between a new beginning and a threat. But stepping into a new version of yourself requires you to understand that the only thing you can control is how you choose to show up for that new timeline. Are you fully committed to the new identity. Are you releasing the limiting beliefs that kept the old version of you in place. Are you willing to step away from the environments, friendships and relationships that no longer serve who you are becoming. Because here is the truth that most people miss. The reason so many people cannot fully step into their new identity is because the old one feels safe. It is all they have ever known. And when you step into something new it can feel like your entire world is falling apart. But it is not falling apart. You are re calibrating. And that is actually a really good sign.

@Marie BergstrΓΆm πŸ™ That resistance around finances is so real and so common. The exhaustion that shows up right when you try to start is often the nervous system doing exactly what this post describes. Pulling you back to familiar ground. That block is worth sitting with. Not to force through it but to get curious about it. What is underneath the exhaustion. What does starting feel like it means. Sometimes the block around money goes much deeper than money itself. Keep going gently πŸ’›

What Did You Have To Lose To Gain What You Have Now ✨
Hello family πŸ’› Happy Sunday. Hope you are having a beautiful and restful day. Something to sit with today. Think back to a moment in your life when you had to let go of something. A relationship. A version of yourself. A belief. A job. A situation. Something that felt like home even though it was no longer serving you. How did it feel before you let go. And how did life look on the other side. Sometimes our greatest gains come wrapped in our greatest losses. And it is only looking back that we realise the letting go was actually the beginning. And here is the part worth sitting with today. Is there something in your life right now that is asking to be released. Something you are still holding onto that you already know deep down has run its course. Your past experience of letting go and what it gave you on the other side might be exactly the reminder you need today to take that next step. I'll go first. Letting go of the need for approval from others felt terrifying at first. Like losing a safety net. But on the other side was a version of me I had never met before. One that felt more free and more grounded at the same time. Drop yours below. Your story could be the unlock someone else in this community has been waiting for πŸ‘‡ πŸ’›

@Aida Ortiz πŸ™ That last line says everything. My growth tells my story. The shift from holding on out of fear to releasing with trust and watching yourself become a better version each time. That is the journey in its purest form. And the fact that your relationship with God was the anchor through all of it is beautiful. Really glad you shared this πŸ’›

@Maya Wilson πŸ™ Really glad this landed for you and what a perfect example of the growth you are living right now. Choosing peace over reaction. Saying thank you and moving on without making a fuss. Recognising when a pattern has run its course and simply deciding you are done. That is not the old version of you. That is someone who has done real work on themselves. The unbothered feeling you described. That is freedom. Hard earned and well deserved. Really glad you are here πŸ’›
The Paradox Principle. Why Opposites Can Both Be True 🌿
Hello family πŸ’› Happy Saturday. Hope you have had a powerful and productive week and the weekend is finally here to give you some well earned rest. I wanted to bring a very profound concept to your awareness today. One of those ideas that once it clicks you cannot unsee it. I want to touch on paradox and how deeply it applies to your life and your journey. Your ability to sit with and understand paradox has a direct impact on how you think. How you make decisions. How you navigate challenges. How you show up. And how fast you can grow on this spiritual and personal development journey. So sit with this one. Let it marinate for a moment. Ok so here it is. A paradox is when two things appear to be completely opposite or contradictory but are both true at the same time. And life is full of them. The more you try to control something the more it slips away from you. But the moment you release the grip and surrender it starts to move. The more you chase happiness the further away it feels. But when you stop chasing and simply start being present it finds you. You have to be vulnerable to be strong. You have to accept where you are to be able to change it. You have to let go of who you were to become who you are meant to be Most people struggle with paradox because the mind wants things to be one or the other. Right or wrong. Good or bad. Safe or dangerous. But life rarely works that way. And here is why this matters so much on the spiritual and personal development journey. The moment you can hold two opposing truths at the same time without needing to resolve the tension between them something shifts in you. You become less reactive. Less rigid. More open. More adaptable. More at peace with the uncertainty that comes with growth. Think about some of the paradoxes you may already be living. You want to grow but growth requires discomfort and the mind resists discomfort. You want deeper connection but deeper connection requires vulnerability and vulnerability feels like risk.

@Yolanda Veloz πŸ™ Thank you for sharing something so layered and so honest. The curiosity you carry about why people hurt others rather than turning it into bitterness. That says so much about who you are. And @Konstantina Telonidou's response is beautifully said. Everything happening for you not to you is a powerful reframe that takes real practice to truly embody. You are not alone in this. This community is here with you πŸ’›

@Konstantina Telonidou πŸ™ So glad those landed for you. Both of those truths take real courage to live. Accepting where you are and releasing who you were are two of the most liberating things a person can do on this journey. Really glad you are here πŸ’›
