Today during my daily check in I found a need to reduce my anxiety. I thought my work was done for Christmas break and of course something came up. I’ve done nothing wrong but I found my anxiety increased. The thought around this being I can’t relax and chill out as I was hoping. The breath work knocked my anxiety down some. I continue to find myself struggling knowing my role, doing my work but finding frustration in others not doing their work and feeling punished for it.
