it's time we break free ⛓️🔗💥

i saw this earlier this morning and it's saddening how programmed, controlled and manipulated we've been and so many people's eye's are still very much shut, they can't see beyond the "rat race" bubble they're living in and that's upsetting because we should all be free to live the life of our dreams 🦋✨️

i think i've always known deep down that something was going on because i've always said i ain't the type to stick to one job the whole of my life yet i'd questioned what was "wrong" with me because i'd had several jobs which wasn't "normal" according to society! but that in itself, me questioning it, is all programming, uurgh! 🙄

whether a rat in the race, or a sheep following the flock, it's time to set your soul free and sparkle doing what sets it on fire for you hold all the cards, you hold the power...

break free from the shackles and chains, the rose tinted glasses placed upon your eyes, and begin delving deep into your soul and its purpose because the soul remembers everything, everything before society got it in a chokehold and forced it to forget why it came here to earth

breathwork and meditation begin that cycle to remembering - sitting with oneself, with the soul, and allowing silence and stillness...

it may be uncomfortable and trigger feelings and emotions you'd much rather run away from but it's simply your soul remembering and willing you to heal from all the hurt and pain instilled in you 🙏🏻

you no longer have to suffer anymore, humanity is waking up as a collective and together we can heal, together we can support one another, together we are stronger, together we are ONE and it's time to reclaim AUTHENTICITY 💞
