Before we sprint into the weekend like we’re escaping a burning building, let’s remember: Air is free therapy. Breathing is self‑care. And exhaling is basically emotional decluttering.
So take a deep breath, the kind that says, ‘I survived another week of emails, humans, and whatever that was on my calendar.’
