My My Pattern: Overthinking • Stall • Procrastination
Trigger: When I get overwhelmed or frustrated by situations or people
Old Behavior: I start overthinking thinking and spiralling 🌀 into different scenarios and outcomes in my head until I just stall.
My New Response: Instead of falling into the vortex of overthinking and stalling, I will regroup and focus and energy to just start/do/take action.
Today I proved: I AM someone who takes control of my responses because I AM aware of the patterns and behaviour. I AM the master of my thoughts and actions therefore I intentionally regroup and focus my energy to action. I AM living more consciously therefore aware of what I do, say and how I respond.
