Gentlemen and Lady Renee Migner
2026 will be the greatest year for the Society and I hope that everyone will strive to help advance the causes of the community through their efforts. We can only thrive if all its members are on board with its mission and vision.
With that being said, I officially would like to announce some changes to our Society.
I am proud to announce our Society is now officially an unincorporated nonprofit association and the name “The Society of Ordinary Gentlemen” has been secured and officially belonging to our community. This process has taken me a couple of months to achieve. I am also weighing the option of apply for a 501c(3) status. This option will have substantial cost and is a long process to obtain.
I am very honored to officially name as the “First Lady of our Society”. This title honors the grace, support, and positive influence she brings to our community. We also now have a mission and a vision statement along with a constitution:
Mission:
To cultivate modern gentlemen by teaching skills, habits, and mindsets that elevate personal style, communication, health, and lifestyle through community, courses, and mentorship.
Vision:
To become the go-to online community for individuals seeking to live with sophistication, confidence, and discipline.
The constitution is posted in our classroom.
Thank you to and for the creation of these I would also like to announce the creation of “Gentlemen’s Patronage Day” which will be put on the calendar on the 10th of every month and will serve as a reminder that everyone should consider donating to the Society to help advance our purpose.
Starting today, “The Gentlemen’s Marketplace” is officially open. This will have various items that might be needed by members of our Society. The link to the Marketplace is https://www.etsy.com/shop/SocietyOG. All proceeds will benefit and advance of our Society. I will also be asking for suggestions and might need to take advance orders on some things that need to be ordered in bulk. This marketplace is in no way intended to make a profit, but it is here along with donations to sustain the society and advance the movement of teaching skills, habits, and mindsets that elevate personal style, communication, health, and lifestyle. Along with the marketplace, I have put some free digital downloads which includes our logos and printable business cards so that you can invite people to into the society through the QR code. I would also like to announce the opening of our Junior Society. The goal is to open this community on February 5th so that the $99 room fee will line up with the $99 room fee of our Society in order to simplify the accounting process. This Junior Society’s goal is to train young men and women to become proper Ladies and Gentlemen and will funnel into our Society after certain requirements are met. I am pleased to announce that the new owner of this Junior Society will be @Anthony Buntyn. Please help me to thank him for stepping up into this role.
My hope is to spark interest in men and women to go back to the respectable way of being a gentleman or lady. I believe that when men stopped dressing up in the early 60s is when society started going downhill. Morals, respect, and integrity started disappearing shortly after. After that, ladies started following suit due to the loss of the respect by men. As men, we are to lead by example with respect, manners, and integrity. Believe it or not gentlemen, people are watching how you carry yourself and the way you act. I believe that this Society along with the Junior Society could help to change that and bring back those morals, integrity and living intentionally.
If you have any additional ideas to advance the efforts of our society, please feel free to message me.
