Hello y'all... Greetings from Vancouver, Canada. I am excited to be a part of the group. A little about me... I am a realtor and mortgage broker (Americans call that a loan officer) who has been in the industry for just shy of 20 years. During my time, I have been featured on Oprah's reality show in both seasons and have written a best-selling book on real estate investing (Rockstar Real Estate Investing). I have done over 20 flips myself and over 30 for clients. In BC (Canada), they have basically banned flipping, which used to be my highest profiting company with minimal time needed. I will be in Southern Florida for two weeks, starting December 27th (Aidelys' birthday) to January 9th, with the goal of better understanding the areas, prices, etc. Cheers!
