Good morning everyone, I am new to this group and I am excited to learn, collaborate and do some deals to create more cash flow for my family and loved ones and so I can also be a blessing to those who are less fortunate. I am very interested in sub 2 deals. I am based out of California but I am interested in other areas for sub 2 deals. If you have any and can't pick them up yourself, please present them to me and hopefully we can put something together. I have only done one before so I am not very experienced. I am a slower learner but will get the hang of it. Great meeting ya'll!
