Sales Call Top Takeaways
Thanks to @Adam Rapoport for submititing his call for review! Appreciate you for your commitment to growth. Here are takeaways from today's sales call. Do not agree with the prospect when they say they want a certain price... ask clarifying questions around it and why that price is important. Just curious how did you determine that price? What's important about x price? Do not make assumptions about motivation.. ask open eneded questions instead... What's important about moving to x? Tell me more..? when you x what do you mean? Can you explain? Always have a clear next step at the end of each call.. when are you talking again ? What the purpose of the next call is? Roadblocks Anyting keepin them from moving forward with the sale.. can we address those roadblocks and move the sale forward... Here are examples of how to overcome roadblocks.... Roadblock...I need to find a home? solution: What if we helped you find a home or got you in touch with an agent that can find a home for you and gave you a longer closing to give you time to find a home..would you be open to the idea of selling now? Roadblock..I need help with moving?... What if we provided moving assistance would that be helpful? Would you be open to selling if we could provide that assistance?
