Huge win, this was a cold call lead from months ago that I thought had gone cold, but the persistence and follow up that the team kept pushing resulted in a signed contract. Id like to let everyone know the steps I took to get to this Win. I first had to remember the necessities of goal setting @Haime(thanks for the reminder) , organization and mind set. I watched the tutorial on time management and implemented the steps. I pulled a foreclosures list that had an auction date from Propstream and got to work cold calling. I continued with follow ups and fostered a relationship that opened the door for a signed contract, that definitely came with Aidelys help. Aidelys feedback for me was so ideal because I had the first step which was relationship building but the closing and negotiating component is where I need to develop. Thanks to Aidelys I was able to put my first wholesale deal under contract! I've never done a creative deal and thanks to her guidance and leadership we were able to get it locked up! Thanks Aidelys! Looking forward to doing more deals!

I wanted to share a big win from earlier this week. After just one roleplay session with Aidelys—where she gave me some really valuable pointers—I was able to apply what I learned directly to this deal. By asking the right questions, I uncovered key details about the family’s situation and was able to get to the heart of their motivation. That helped me build real trust and rapport with the personal representative of the estate, who had been fielding offers from multiple people. Because I took the time to understand her circumstances and followed up consistently, she chose to go with our offer. She was incredibly tough to reach and would disappear for days, then pop up out of the blue—but with Aidelys’ guidance and persistence, we were finally able to get it done. Follow up is where it's at!
