I’m excited to share that I successfully passed my real estate exam in December 2025! It was a great way to close out the year, and I’m looking forward to all the new opportunities that 2026 will bring. Here’s to growth, success, and helping more people achieve their real estate goals this year!
Got listing from referring novation
Few weeks ago I spoke with a probate seller who was already listed. He seemed to be open to Novation, so I referred him to Aidelys. They spoke and followed up with him. That seller eventually fired his agent and was looking to interview new agent, so Aidelys set appointment and said her partner, who spoke with them initially, will show up. I called to confirm the appoitment and prequalified them again. Gave the Zoom listing presentation and they hired me to be theri agent. Now we are getting offers on this listing. Just like that referring novation turned into new Listing!!! Teamwork makes dreamwork!

2026 goals & stats
Jessi's realtor/ American deals goals and data: CANADA: - 18 properties under contract and funded in 2026 in Canada, which equates to $300,000 in revenue - Average deal size in Canada (in 2025) was $16,500 but I am usually closer to 20k - I always do a buyer and seller presentation for each client, I am using a conservative closing ratio of 35% but it was 45% in 2025 - I need 52 presentations to close 18 deals - I need 121 leads to get to 52 presentations - I need 3636 interactions, which turns into 1818 (2+ minute conversations) to get to 121 leads - Per day, I need 15 interactions to hit my goal but will still aim for 25 interactions daily USA: - 10 properties under contract and funded in 2026 in America, which equates to $400,000 in revenue (CAD) - Average deal size in America is about $30,000 USD, which equates to about $40,000 CAD (conservatively) - I will do a presentation for each client and are using a conservative closing ratio of 25% until I have actual data to work with - I need 40 presentations to close 10 deals - I need 100 leads to get to 40 presentations - I need 2000 interactions, which turns into 1000 (2+ minute conversations) to get to 100 leads - Per day, I need 8 interactions to hit my goal but will still aim for 15 interactions daily - I have not started calling or marketing or America deals because I am still taking the course. I aim to finish within 30 days. - While I am taking the course, I am working to launch Google PPC ads with AI agents. This is VERY close to being done and will be a huge boost for Canadian realtor leads - On the mortgage side, my goal is to hit $150,000 in revenue - I also aim to make $50,000 in the stock market, bringing my grand total to $1,000,000 in revenue - My best year ever for personal business was $628,865 in 2021, when I combined all companies, GCI, revenue, etc, which included property flipping. Of course, my net, especially after Canadian taxes, was much lower There we go, now we begin...
