Today marks 3 years since @Kevin Jimeno first reached out to me on May 11th, 2023 to help build a KPI Dashboard. At that time, I never imagined how much that one opportunity would change my life. What started with a dashboard slowly turned into learning SMS Marketing, Podio, GHL, Automations, Operations, AI and so much more along the way. Over these 3 years, we’ve all grown a lot — not just in business, but as people as well. I’m incredibly grateful for the trust, opportunities, lessons, and experiences that came from being part of the SML Collective Team. 🙏 Thank you for believing in me and constantly pushing me to grow into someone capable of handling bigger responsibilities and challenges. Just launched Easy Cash Buyer USA. Got our 1st Novation Agreement signed last night. Built in 2021, all it needs is a cleaning and interior paint. Under contract for 250K ARV is 300K. Will have questions to get answered on Friday's call. Thanks to Liz and Kev for introducing this opportunity to me and my team!

The past two months have been a grind without any new listings or deals—I’ve been focused on staying in the right headspace and consistent with my cold calls using the scripts and objection handlers. Today, I locked up a deal and dispo’d it in under an hour for a $53K spread. Still need to get it to closing, but it’s a strong start to May.
