Contract Question?
Hi there, when filling out a purchase agreement if I want to make it assignable do I write under line 18. on the Addenda section "Assignment of Contract" and use the one provided one in SLM Collective Resources Tab?
Also, the initial deposit (earnest money) to open escrow that is usually provided by the wholesaler correct?
