Contract Question?
Hi there, when filling out a purchase agreement if I want to make it assignable do I write under line 18. on the Addenda section "Assignment of Contract" and use the one provided one in SLM Collective Resources Tab? Also, the initial deposit (earnest money) to open escrow that is usually provided by the wholesaler correct? TIA!

KPI Tracking for Real Estate Investors 1. Gross Leads – Total inbound leads generated from all channels. 2. Qualified Leads – Leads that meet your target criteria (e.g., motivation, timeline, equity). 3. Offers Set – Number of leads you’ve sent an offer to (replacing “Appointments Set”). 4. Offers Made – Number of offers that were actually reviewed, signed, or countered by the seller (replacing “Appointments Attended”). 5. Contracts Signed – Deals locked under contract. 6. Closed Profit – Net profit after closing and expenses. 7. Fall Out Rate – % of contracts that didn’t make it to the closing table (usually due to title, seller, or funding issues). If you aren’t tracking this, even if you are doing a few offers a week or month you will not be able to identify the areas of improvement and the areas you need to pívot. If you track small you will grow big results but keep it simple!
Call tracking
Is anyone here tracking calling? For example, in a typical market, in my real estate business, I need to call about 150 people, which turns into approximately 75 conversations, per closed file. Right now, the market is completely dead in my area, so those numbers are 275 interactions, which equate to about 110 conversations. If it's an internet lead that I have never spoken to before, and they do not pick up the phone, I do not count that as an interaction. Calls that aren't answered only count if they're from an existing client or someone in my database who knows me. I'm curious if anyone tracks this type of data when it comes to wholesale transactions. Yes, I am a data-nerd!
