Is anyone here tracking calling? For example, in a typical market, in my real estate business, I need to call about 150 people, which turns into approximately 75 conversations, per closed file. Right now, the market is completely dead in my area, so those numbers are 275 interactions, which equate to about 110 conversations. If it's an internet lead that I have never spoken to before, and they do not pick up the phone, I do not count that as an interaction. Calls that aren't answered only count if they're from an existing client or someone in my database who knows me. I'm curious if anyone tracks this type of data when it comes to wholesale transactions. Yes, I am a data-nerd!
