Contract Question?
Hi there, when filling out a purchase agreement if I want to make it assignable do I write under line 18. on the Addenda section "Assignment of Contract" and use the one provided one in SLM Collective Resources Tab? Also, the initial deposit (earnest money) to open escrow that is usually provided by the wholesaler correct? TIA!

@Aidelys Hernandez thanks, I’m using your purchase agreement, do you know what section it says about it being assignable? I’m not sure if I missed it but on the purchase agreement I don’t see it. Unless I have to attach the other one?
