Let's close this week where it's been heading.
This week you named the hard things.
You told me what you've built, what you've survived, what you've overcome to be standing here.
And I watched so many of you do the bravest thing there is.
You let yourself look at your own evidence, maybe for the first time in a while.
So here's what I want you to carry into the weekend, and I mean it as plainly as I can say it.
You can do this.
Not someday, once you've proven a little more, once you feel a little more ready.
Now.
The proof is already in.
You've shown yourself, over and over, that you're capable, and the only thing left is to believe it as fully as the evidence already does.
Here's the part I most want you to take in, though, because it's the whole reason any of this matters.
You're not just capable of building something for yourself.
You're capable of helping other people build, too.
Everything you've learned, every hard thing you've come through, every skill that now feels easy.
All of it is exactly what someone else needs.
Someone a few steps behind you, standing right where you used to stand, wondering if they can.
You already know the way. You can reach back and pull them forward.
That's what your community really is.
You're not just a builder. You're a multiplier.
When you believe in your own capability and put it to work, it doesn't stop with you.
It moves into every member you help, and then into everyone they go on to help.
Your worth was never just about you. It was always meant to multiply.
So this weekend, believe both halves of it.
You can do this.
And you can help others do it, too.
