My Last Fight (MMA Fighter vs Kickboxer) - YouTube
I tried to single leg him in the last round 😂🥋 One of the greatest experiences of my life. 1 days notice, not my sport, making the weight class and actually getting in there and fighting with all the odds stacked against me! Everyone in this community should aim to feel this feeling next year. You don't have to compete (especially on short notice) but you should aim to do something that makes you SCARED next year. E.g. competing in cage, competing in interclubs, moving to a new country, starting up your own business and quitting your job. ANYTHING that makes you 'shit' yourself slightly. This will help you grow MASSIVELY and you'll always be proud of yourself regardless of the result 👊

How FIGHTERS stay lean YEAR ROUND (here's why)
Quickly, do you know a lot of fighters? Most of them aren't fat are they. Especially the ones who compete. I have been running my classes for over 2 years now and maybe 10% of them are above 20% bodyfat, IF THAT. You are the sum of the 5 people you hang around with, but with fighting you might see the same people night in night out for 5-6 days a week. Here are just a few reasons why combat sports athletes stay lean YEAR ROUND, effortlessly.
