Have you been in a fist fight? What did you learn from it?
Brothers, I have shared I have been in a fight when I was 12 and pissed on this bigger stronger 13yo who was trying to bully me when I was also 12 in summer camp. I learned from both and partially training boxing and will start training kickboxing so I can teach my future son(s) how to defend and standup for themselves and stand up for their friends and brother if needed. If you have been in a fight or fights growing up or as an adult man, would you share: - if this is why you are training to be a fighter now and in our brotherhood - what you learned from the fight and was it with a friend, your brother, male cousin, or someone who you did not know - how was your experience affect how you will raise your future (or current) son(s) to grow into masculine men who can defend themselves Sharing this with all of us helps us learn and grow as men, which is also why we are all in this brotherhood!

@Eyal Farber brother, your fighting skills are amazing. I did see these videos of you battling and you fought awesomely. I hope we can connect and you can offer me some advice with kickboxing. I am still beginning with boxing, here is my practicing on the heavy bag a few days ago. Let me know what you think brother?
Topuria vs Gaethje Pre-Fight Prediction 🔥⚔️
Jokes aside, let's look at some facts. Almost everyone I see underestimates Justin. The guy's been in there with the best of his era, had some absolute wars, and won many of them. His brutal knockouts of Poirier, Cerrone, Barboza, Michael Johnson, and Tony Ferguson + his recent beatdowns of Pimblett and Fiziev, show that you CAN NOT underestimate the guy's power. However, put simply, Topuria is an absolute monster. While his wide stance does leave him vulnerable to leg kicks (something which Gaethje is very good at), I believe that as long as Ilia stays patient, avoids reckless 50/50 exchanges, and uses his skills and fight IQ to control the pace with feints, head movement, jabs & intelligent pressure, he'll be able to find a knockout shot. If Topuria is unable to deal with Gaethje's leg kicks and/or becomes overly reckless and trades shots, Justin may very well punish him for it. However, my best bet is still Topuria by KO, probably somewhere around rounds 1-3 Remember tho: You can NEVER know for sure who's going to win a fight. We've seen bigger upsets before. So what do you guys think?

⚔️ Fight IQ Challenge
You’re facing an opponent who is: - Bigger than you - Stronger than you - Less skilled than you What’s your game plan? 👇 Explain your strategy.

I have not been in a sparring match yet and just training in boxing now and will start kickboxing soon. I mentioned in another post I have been in 2 fights when I was 12. The first was unintentional jumping in the middle of a fight with two brothers I was both friends with. Before they realized who they were swinging at, I was punched in the face and got a black eye from the younger brother. The good part is, they ended the fight immediately right after and both apologised to me. I never told my father how I got the black eye as he would not have been happy. The other fight was not really a fight but this 13yo kid at the boy's summer camp I was going to decided I was one to bully. This did not turn out well for him as I was with 6 of my 8 cabin mates, who watched my response as did 2 of the camp counselors and never said anything to me about my reaction. The following year, the camp put us in the same cabin and we became instant friends as he shook my hand the first day. Basically, being a small 12yo not taking shit from anyone, I responded to his bullying by pissing on his bare feet. He ran off as all the other guys were laughing at him. He never approached me the rest of that summer.
What do you guys think of Josh Hokit?
My view of him has been an absolute roller coaster. At first, I thought that he was, put bluntly, a complete idiot who was trying to get eyes on him in whatever way he could. However, the action in his fight vs Blaydes was impressive, to say the least, and probably earned him a mob of fans. But then he had to go and talk smack about Ilia and Alex, going after their families and making it personal, which is a pretty low-level move if you ask me. Now though, when I watch him goofing around on the UFC Embedded vlogs, I just can't help but laugh. The guy has a bigger than life personality, and some of the jokes he made in the vlogs were genuinely funny. He literally went from making a smart point about testing Lewis' heart and will to fight, to doing a star wars themed lightsaber battle inside the octagon. So what's your view on him and his antics, and do you think he can beat Lewis?

@Eyal Farber I understand brother💪🤝 I always look forward to amateur fights. To me they are the best and the guys battling are not putting on a show but actually fighting to win and kick ass!💪💪💪

THESE 4 Greek Habits Build More Tendon Strength Than Heavy Lifting
Brothers, we all train hard in MMA and strength training. The video in this post is to help you prevent tendon injuries during your training. This is something I only learned after tearing my left ankle tendon and needing it to be surgically repaired. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OipaBmn5PqA Habit 1: Barefoot Sand Training: Introduce unstable surface work Habit 2: Asymmetrical Stone Loading: Add asymmetrical loading Habit 3: Greek Isometrics Forge Tendon: Hold positions Habit 4: Post-workout Strigil Ritual: Maintain the fascia Most people think tendon injuries “just happen.” They don’t. They’re built slowly… over years of training the wrong way. In this video, we break down 4 ancient Greek training habits that built insanely strong tendons — the kind that allowed athletes to compete for decades without snapping something at 40. Because here’s the problem: Your muscles get stronger in weeks. Your tendons take months. And that gap? That’s where injuries live. From sand training and barefoot stability, to asymmetrical loading, isometric holds, and daily recovery rituals, the Greeks were accidentally doing exactly what modern sports science now proves is the most effective way to build tendon strength, stiffness, and injury resilience. If you lift, train, or care about longevity, performance, and avoiding tendon injuries, this might change how you train completely. ⚠️ This isn’t about lifting heavier. It’s about making sure your body can actually handle it. 💡 In this video: Why tendon injuries peak after 30–40 The real reason your training might be setting you up for failure Ancient Greek methods backed by modern science How to build stronger tendons without quitting your current program If you want to train pain-free for the next 10–20 years, not just the next 10 weeks — this is for you. 👉 Watch until the end for practical ways to apply this immediately. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OipaBmn5PqA

@Alessandro Impusino YES SIR!!! I will only try to post beneficial value to you and our brothers. As men, we are the larger, stronger, more aggressive members of humans and it shows in this awesome brotherhood. This does not mean to be careless as no one is invincible, although many teen males, myself included, feel we are. We all need to be safe and train wisely while looking out for each other. 💪🏻🤝🏻
