hey im new and I need your advice

hey guys, I am Marco 15 years old from Switzerland. I just started highschool in summer and I actually got into a nice group of friends that unlike many others are very kind and respectful.

But what I have a bit a problem with is that they can easily talk with each other but I never talk much. I don't know what to do about it, and when they ask why I' m so quiet or never talk I don't know what to say.

And that makes me think that I am uninteresting and boring, which I don't think, I just can't socialise.
