For me I'm going to me performing on ice at skating showcase for the first time in 20 years!! Me an dtwo of my amigos the 40ish crew skating to Taylor Swift Fate of Ophelia! Excited x nervous x proud. When my friend said let's sign up for skating this year it felt like a lot .. at the time my yougest was 2. But I'm so glad I got that nudge and I did. So important not just to move but to find your space of doing something for the sake of joy!
