Today is a win.
Felt physically tired today and hunger was loud. But I stayed busy with work and helping wife with chores around the house and stuff. Stayed locked in on my nutrition and kept the promises I made to myself.
I take pride in that because I remember many days in the past when I felt like this when I would just come up with an excuse to binge eat. So this win isn’t just about staying disciplined. It’s about killing my old identity.
