Macros day 3
Did not have an active day but still ate a little too much fat. Also low on carbs but protein is good.

Much lower fat, but also lower protein.
I had a lot more veggies today so my fat intake was much lower but I didn’t hit my protein target, which is my most important macro. Adjusting meal prep for tomorrow. Also, I wasn’t terribly hungry all day. Felt more satiated.
