Thought I definitely over ate today but actually just nailed it. High on fat but no problem. Look and feel fine. No gym today. Back at it tomorrow. Grateful for everything.
Two slightly lighter days. Falling behind on posting. Im sorry about that. Gym in the morning again. Too busy at work to think about eating more but I like how I feel and look right now and with getting back into a routine at the gym I like the direction Im heading.
Pretty light on the food today. Finally hit the gym in the morning before work but didnt prep food well. Protein powder then a few tuna packets throughout the day and a banana. Wife and kids stopped by with some healthy snacks as well and I felt like I ate more than this but guess not. A couple chicken breasts for dinner. Not really hungry. Just gonna call it a light day and move on.
