🎭 Tomorrow’s Live Roleplay Session
Tomorrow’s session is focused on something most people struggle with but never practise properly: 🛑 What to say when the moment doesn’t go how you expected 🛑 We’ll be working through realistic communication scenarios that test how you respond when things feel awkward, rushed, or slightly uncomfortable. What we’ll be doing 👇 1️⃣ Scenario-based roleplay You’ll be put into everyday situations like: - Being interrupted mid-point - Losing clarity halfway through an explanation - Getting asked something personal you don’t want to answer - Noticing someone disengage while you’re speaking - Entering a room where the energy suddenly shifts - Knowing it’s time to exit a conversation cleanly We’ll pause, break it down, and adjust in real time. 2️⃣ Live roleplay rounds Short 60–90 second turns where you speak: - Under light pressure - With structure - Without overthinking See you tomorrow.
Tomorrow’s Communication Workshop: Nervous System Reset
Tomorrow’s workshop is focused on one thing only. What actually happens in your body when you freeze, panic, or lose access to your words. A lot of people think they have a confidence or communication problem. Most of the time, it’s a nervous system problem. Your body goes into protection mode, and your mind follows. We’re going to break down: - why this happens in real situations - what’s going on beneath the surface when your body panics - how to reset yourself in the moment so you can still speak clearly This isn’t about forcing confidence or “pushing through nerves”. It’s about understanding first, so your communication improves naturally after. If you’ve ever felt like: - you’re clear in your head but blocked in the moment - your voice or thoughts disappear when it matters - your body reacts before you even get a chance to think This session will help you connect the dots. 7–8pm UK time ✅

I did notice that body language and tonality were tough for many across the challenge, he sure to review those Classroom modules and practice intentionally. Proud of your effort—keep building!

The fastest way to improve any skill, especially communication, is feedback. Today is about reflecting honestly on the challenge. Answer the questions below on camera: • How did you find the challenge overall? • What went well for you? • What didn’t work or felt difficult? • What will you improve going forward? 🎥 Task Record a 60-90 second video sharing your reflections. Focus • Be honest, not polished • Speak clearly without over-explaining • Keep it simple and direct • Finish your point, then stop Post it in #tasksubmission Congratulations to all those who took part and remained consistent!🎉
