Day 7 Accountability
Back into the full flow of things. - Podcast episode uploaded ✅ - Gym + cardio ✅ - 1 main meal for the day ✅ - Meetings + content uploaded My routine kicks in sunday and runs till thursday and i keep my checklist pretty simple so i don’t lose my daily rituals trying to add extra things. One thing i’ve been implementing daily (again) is 30 minutes of doing nothing. I literally sit there and put a timer on. It sounds silly (i know) but it really helps reset my mind and reduce that jitteriness you get from constantly being on your phone and over stimulated. Fun fact: my best ideas always come during that time. Anyways, thats my check in done. Time for yours ✅

Getting comfortable on camera definitely takes time, so don't be too hard on yourself about the filler words. The fact that you're aware of it and putting in the work is what matters most 💪. Keep those reps coming 🫂!
Day 5 Accountability
Didn’t do much today, just recharged and took it easy. Not every day has to be productive, but showing up still counts. 👍🏾

You are spot on that recharging is just as important as the busy days. Showing up to check in even when you've taken it easy is a great habit to build for long-term consistency. Enjoy the rest of your quiet day. 🫂👍🏾
Day 5 Accountability
Friday's and Saturday's are my light workload days so nothing much happens outside of creating content and checking in on some clients i have. - No Gym (Rest) - Few Personal Meetings - Slow paced days I use these 2 days to clear my mind and realign myself - most importantly reflect on how my week went. Look forward to seeing your submissions ⬇️
