I’m thinking it would be best to use this “ work of art” healing space in a creative way, by focusing on the arts. Duh!
Art was my favorite school subject and now it’s come full circle.
When you enjoy art, you take a rest from caring, overgiving, overthinking and helping people (to your detriment).
Intention: to feel inspired and invigorated by “art appreciation”.
