hi im maddie im 27 and my goal is to be in better shape at 30 than i was at 18 regularly running 5k. i want my endurance back but also the functional strength and flexibility from calisthenics and would like to see some muscle gains. gym thing never worked for me so hoping i can be more consistent and make some real progress here
