"New Customer Broker" Question

So I've discovered that I am pretty good at grabbing new customers from paid advertising for clients for free or even at a profit. How can I turn this into a Royalty Ronin pursuit? It's pretty transactional currently...give me a bag of cash.... I'll build the new customer generator and get a % of the backend sales.

Theres lots of time/effort and risk for both parties.

Is this there a better way to structure these types of deals?
